How to 'Manifest that sh*t'
Making thoughts become things.

What is Manifestation?
Manifestation isn’t luck, and it isn’t magic. It’s about thinking and behaving in ways that align with what you want. I can tell you from experience that positive vibes bring a lot of positive outcomes.
But it’s also not about “never having a negative thought again.” It’s about learning to redirect and reframe those negative thoughts so that you can realign your energy and get back in alignment with what you want.
As we talk about ‘manifesting’ and ‘energy,’ it’s important to understand the Law of Attraction. This is the idea that the energy you put into the world is the same energy you attract back.
A quick example of this is wanting a new car. Once you start thinking about the car you want, all of a sudden, you begin to see it everywhere (I know you know what I’m talking about). The thought of the car is the energy you’re putting into the world. Seeing the car more than what you usually would is you attracting the same energy back.
Your ‘energy’, ‘vibe’, or ‘being’ is going to be the biggest influencer in what you attract into your life because your energy creates your alignment. This means that your #1 job, especially if you want to manifest shit you actually want, is to protect your energy at ALL costs.
Because remember, you don’t just start and stop manifesting. No! YOU’RE ALWAYS MANIFESTING. It’s just a matter of what you’re manifesting that is going to be the indicator of whether or not you’re aligned with what you want.
Not manifesting shit you want = out of alignment
Manifesting shit you want = in alignment
Just to hit this home. You know that phrase, “terrible things come in threes?” Yeah, well, that’s because when something ‘unfortunate happens’ our thoughts instantly downspiral into negativity, victimhood, worrying, etc.. This downspiral in thought then causes a downspiral in energy. This ‘not good’ energy then attracts the same type of energy back. That’s why, “when it rains, it pours.”
Life isn’t a ‘luck’ thing. It’s an ‘energy’ thing.
Understanding What Creates Your Energy
One of the most important concepts to understand is this…
Your energy is created by your thoughts and feelings.
If you can understand and master this concept, you will be able to manifest absolutely everything and anything you want in life.
The Law of Attraction and Manifestation work both ways. Meaning, you attract and manifest what you are (energy), whether it be positive or negative. And what you are (energy) is influenced by your thoughts and feelings.
Aligning Your Energy With What You Want
Okay, so now that you have a brief introduction to what manifesting is and the power of your energy, let’s talk about how you can use it to create the life you want (aka ‘manifest that shit).
Getting in alignment means ensuring that your energy (thoughts + feelings) and actions are harmonized with what you want.
Manifestation comes from alignment. It’s seriously that simple.
What’s not simple (for most people) is staying in alignment with what they want. This is because we’re predominantly thinking and feeling beings. The majority let their thoughts control them instead of controlling their thoughts to make sure they stay in alignment to get what they want.
So how do you fix this? Well, part of it is about being self-aware so that you have more influence over the 100,000 thoughts that go through your brain each day. The other part is about learning to wisely respond instead of spontaneously (or habitually) reacting to events that affect your state of mind.
The other piece, and this is very important, is knowing what in the fuck you actually want your life to look like. Without clarity, you don’t have a measure of success or a measure of alignment. So, you need to get crystal clear on what it is you want.
Alright, so I know this is a lot to take in and understand. And for the sake of not making this week’s newsletter a 30-minute read, I’m going to end it here and let the information sit with you for a bit.
