I am worthy of self-love, self-compassion, and living a life where I am unafraid and feel filled with joy.

The Unspoken Battle Too Many Women Are Fighting…

Let’s talk about something that way too many of us carry silently…

→ The belief that you’re not enough.

→ That you have to earn your worth.

→ That love, success, or rest must be deserved, and that you haven’t quite made the cut.

But girl, it’s so exhausting trying to constantly prove yourself, not just to others, but also to yourself!

You can look like you have it all together. You can wear the mask. Smile on cue. And overachieve like your life depends on it.

But chasing your worth in jobs, relationships, and how much you get done will never fill your cup like you secretly hope it will.

The truth, as hard as this might be to hear, is that nothing outside of you can give you what you need to believe in yourself.

You have to believe that you are worthy, right here, right now, and without all those “extra things.”

And trust me, I know it’s hard, because I’ve been there too. But, self-worth changes everything. How?

Because when you believe you are worthy, you…

→ Set boundaries with love and without guilt.

→ Pursue what makes you happy, fills you with joy, and lights you up.

→ Stop shrinking yourself to fit into everyone else’s expectations for you.

→ Unlock the door that’s been keeping you trapped in a cage you don’t want to be in.

It’s not a downplay when I say that believing in your worth is key to everything else!

Ways to Build Your Self-Worth…

  1. One of the best ways I’ve found to build self-worth is by following through on the promises you’ve made to yourself.

    1. Told yourself you’re going to get in shape? Do it!

    2. Told yourself you’re going to start a side hustle? Do it!

    3. Told yourself you’re going to break-up with your durp durp partner? Do It?

    4. All those things you told yourself you were going to do…JUST FUCKING START DOING THEM (said passionately not angrily).

  2. Change your self-talk

    1. If you wouldn’t tell a best friend they’re a failure or unlovable, why on earth would you say those things to yourself?

    2. Golden rule = talk to yourself the way you’d talk to someone you love.

  3. Surround yourself with worthy mirrors

    1. Spend time with people who see your value and your light, not those who consistently put you down and make you feel “less than.”

Closing Note…

Sometimes, the heaviest weight we carry isn’t on our shoulders, it’s in our heads. Believing you’re not worthy is one of the heaviest weights.

But you don’t have to carry that weight around. You can let it go.

So if nobody has told you lately:

You are enough. You are worthy.

And the moment you decide to believe it…everything changes.
