The Three Areas You MUST Take Control of to Change Your Life

Hey Girl on the Rise,

This week I want to talk you about the three areas you MUST take control of to change your life.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re spinning your wheels no matter how hard you try, what I’m about to talk about could be the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.

What I’m about to let you in on is something that’s at the core of the work I do with my coaching clients. It’s a simple, yet powerful framework I call the Life Transformation Triad.

The reason it’s a traid is that each part influences the others. If you neglect one area, the other areas don’t function at 100%, and therefore, the entire life transformation foundation weakens.

But if you learn to master and control each of these areas, you can literally change your entire life.

You ready?!?!

The three areas are:

  • What you do

  • What you think

  • What you consume

Let’s break it down…

What You Do

This is your behavioral world. It encompasses your routines, habits, daily choices, and even your literal body movement. It includes how you show up each day, what you prioritize, and the actions you take (or avoid). The truth is, transformation doesn’t happen without doing something differently.

Fact: Exercise is the single best activity you can engage in to maintain your brain health. It’s the most effective way to maximize brain cell growth, increase neurogenesis, combat anxiety and depression, boost self-esteem, enhance mood states, increase resilience to stress, and improve sleep. 

What You Think

This is your mental world. It encompasses your dominant thoughts, internal beliefs, values, and the stories you tell yourself. As I’ve talked about before, your thoughts shape your reality. When you begin to question limiting beliefs and replace them with empowered, supportive narratives, you begin to shift from the inside out. This is where self-leadership is born.

Fact: When you take control of the mind, you take control of your whole life. You take control of how you perceive things, how you react to them internally, and how you respond to them externally.

What You Consume

This is your environmental world. It encompasses the food you eat, the media you scroll, the books you read, the energy of the people around you, and even the opinions you listen to. Everything you allow into your space either nourishes your growth or stalls it. Being intentional about what and who you allow in can create radical change.

Fact: We have brain-like neurons around the areas of our heart and all throughout our gut. 95% of serotonin is housed in and around the gut.

Here’s where it gets really important,

Remember how I said that each part influences the other? Well, here are some examples..

Change your habits, and your thoughts start to follow.

Change your mindset, and your actions shift.

Clean up your consumption, and your energy rises.

So, when I’m working with clients, we start in one area, and then those changes begin to bleed over into the other areas.

Total transformation doesn’t happen from one big breakthrough. It happens in small, daily shifts repeated over time with INTENTION.

So, what I want you to do now is think about which area you feel the most out of alignment, and then think about one change you could make this week in that area. Remember, one small step is how it all begins.
